• Previous Dental Records (if available)
• Medicare Card (for eligible treatments)

Arriving 10-15 minutes early will help us complete any necessary paperwork.

Our practice is open:

Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

We also offer extended hours on selected days for patients with busy schedules. Please contact our team to inquire about availability.

Yes! We offer free on-site parking for all patients. Our parking lot is conveniently located directly behind the practice with easy access from the main road.

We also have dedicated disabled parking spaces near the entrance for patients with mobility requirements.

A standard dental check-up and clean typically takes between 30-45 minutes. During this time, our dentist will:

• Examine your teeth, gums, and mouth
• Take digital X-rays if required
• Clean and polish your teeth
• Discuss any treatment recommendations

Your first visit may take slightly longer as we get to know your dental history.

If you're experiencing a dental emergency, please call us immediately on our emergency line. We reserve same-day appointments for urgent cases.

Common dental emergencies include:
• Severe toothache or pain
• Broken or chipped tooth
• Knocked-out tooth
• Swelling or abscess
• Lost filling or crown

For a knocked-out tooth, try to place it back in the socket or keep it in milk until you reach us.

Absolutely! We love seeing children at My Dental Home. We recommend bringing your child in for their first dental visit by their first birthday, or when their first tooth appears - whichever comes first.

We make dental visits fun and stress-free for little ones, and our team is experienced in treating children of all ages. We also offer the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) for eligible children.
