My Dental Home provides general, cosmetic, and specialist dental services. All treatments are carried out by qualified dental professionals in accordance with Australian Dental Association guidelines and relevant health regulations. Treatment plans are customised to each patient's individual needs following a comprehensive examination.
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can provide you with the full attention and care you deserve.
Payment is required at the time of treatment unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and EFTPOS. We also offer HICAPS for on-the-spot health fund claims. Any outstanding balances must be settled before further appointments are scheduled.
We process claims through HICAPS for most health funds. However, the extent of your coverage depends on your individual health fund policy. We recommend contacting your health fund provider to confirm your entitlements before your appointment. Any gap payments are the patient's responsibility.
